I am Puerto Rican and use a lot of garlic in my food when cooking! This saved me from the constant cleaning that comes with using lots and lots of garlic in a recipe. If you don't use garlic regularly, it's a waste of money because you can just crush and peel the clove with a knife. However, if you're like me and, like I said, use a lot of garlic in your recipes, then this is a must-try. It washes up very easily and I love that I can put it in the box and it will come and keep it when I need it. I love bright and happy bold colors so this bright green is a great addition to my kitchen.
