The first impression is hard to overcome. That being said, the bottle came with a broken cap. I don't know if it was caused by packaging or what, but having it come out of the box makes it hard for me to give 5 stars. The shampoo is very nice. It lathers well and rinsed well. It also has a pleasant smell. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.
