Thugs and pulls the dogs hair.

I don’t like to write saying anything bad about a product but after trying this on all of our four dogs I found that it tugged, pulled and our dogs ran off to hide from the gentle brushing we tried to do. So I would not buy this again and with dogs that had thick to thinner hair I wouldn’t recommend this product.

Not As Gentle As It Claims

The bristles on the brush claim they’re more gentle because of the coating on the very end of them but it’s still very scratchy. :(

My Pupper loves this brush

We have a 3 year old Maltipoo. I have tried 5 or 6 different types of brushes and combs. It’s always been a struggle to brush her coat. I took a chance on this brush and, boy, am I glad I did!The first time I used it, I gave my dog a long stroke with it along her back, and, literally, she flopped down and stayed utterly still so I could continue with this magic brush. My cat loves it best in my review

Since she likes to be scratched behind her ears, I bought this brush for easy hair removal after use. It works as it claims! She was a little skeptical, but now she enjoys it every time I brush. Her happiness is my happiness!

Awesome brush for cats too!

I use this for six of my kitties, two are longhaired and it makes their fur really fluffy and smooth! Highly recommend. That's my feedback!

This brush is wayyyyy too hard and firm my cats hate it. It’s cool how you can remove the hair but these bristles suck there’s no give at all

Great to Keep Away Matted Fur!

I really like this brush for my dog. So far it works great, I don't push too hard because it looks like it might hurt. She's not afraid of it, and it keeps her fur from getting matted. It also cleans easily by pushing the button.

Does a great job in my review

This is my first slicker brush - bought after a regular bristle brush just didn't cut the mustard on my new Shepherd mix rescue. Foxy came up from TX to New England in early April - and proceeded to blow her winter coat. I was desperate to get it all out safely and cleanly - and this brush did it for sure. SO easy to clean and toss the extra dog I got out of her coat. The price was great and the only reason it didn't get five stars was that it didn't feel "substantial" in my hands and so having

works pretty well for my opinion

I just got it and i already got all of the knots out! it works great. i used to have a slicker brush w/ sharp ends which i stopped using. i thought slicker brushes were just meant to be like that so i stopped using them. but then i found this one w/ gentle tips and my dog enjoyed it so much! also the size is good for small/ medium dogs!

Not for detangling for my opinion

I love how gentle it is on their coat. However, if you are buying it for a long costed dog who tends to get little matts or tangles, it will bend the bristles. I use it on german shepherds/huskys after running the rake over their coat. Good for cats too

My cat loves this brush

I ordered this brush to replace the one my kitty has been using for 14 years. It arrived today and she seems to really enjoy it.I heard a lot of purring. However, after one brushing session, a couple of the bristles bent a bit. I hope that doesn't continue.

It is a great brush and really works.

This brush works great! My cat loves to be brushed and seemed to enjoy me using this brush on her. She even rolled over so I could get her belly. She has NEVER done that before! It is so easy to clean also. I noticed I was get more hair off from her. It gets to the undercoat also.

Hold release button to pull hair out of brush

I wish the button that you push to remove the hair locked into place it would make it easier to remove the hair. The brush itself works great getting the undercoat and loose hair.

Soft & easy to clean

We purchased this brush for our 11-week old kitten. She's a Siberian Forest cat & has long hair. They told us to start brushing her right away so she gets used to it. Unlike other brushes, this one has softer tips so it doesn't hurt the kitty when we brush her. She still plays with it more than allowing us to brush but it's smooth & the excess hair is very easy to remove. Highly recommend it.

Not as great as I thought.

Only worked for a few months. The plastic piece that pushes all of the hair up broke and wouldn’t go back down between the brush bristles. Definitely won’t be buying another brush this style. Waste of money.

Game changer! good for me

I just took in a stray longhair cat, and you can imagine the matting this poor guy had. I ordered this brush to hopefully get some out so I could shave only what I had to, but I was able to get ALL the matting out in one night! Little guy is so much happier, and the brush was so easy to clean out with just the press of a button. 10/10 I love this brush!
