Review on 🌀 Rowenta VU5670 Turbo Silence Oscillating Fan: Powerful 5 Speed Fan with Remote Control & Stand by Sue Baccam

Love the fan itself. Incredibly quiet and perfect for a bike trainer. But - wow - what a disappointing service experience. The first remote control had problems right out of the box. It didn't turn the fan on/off, but increased the speed after turning it on. The name is Rowenta. The replacement remote was in Europe and should have taken 3-4 weeks. This new remote control arrived yesterday. This is a completely different remote with basic on/off functions. Conclusion - now we need two remote controls. "New" to turn on and off, "Other" to use other fan functions. Not exactly perfect and incredibly disappointing.
