The neon yellow camo was exactly what I wanted and I previously bought another pair of road bike boots that were almost identical to the word speed elsewhere on the red camo shoes. These shoes fit me so well I knew these would fit. The only difference with these shoes was that the unlined tongue was much smaller. Because of this I was a bit worried that after a while it would cut my ankle but it doesn't and gradually it has become more flexible and I can go without socks without a show. I've ridden them about 200 miles and so far so good. No problem. I'm new to road cycling and on a tight budget so all the options I need are reviewed here. I don't understand how people pay $400-$500 for road shoes when they serve a purpose - unless the more expensive shoes do some magic. I frequently switch SPD and Delta cleats and this shoe is easy to make. Customer service was great too, very receptive to my feedback.
