Review on Rechargeable Intensity Accessories Helmets Flashlight by Tim Larsen

Bought a few months ago after reviews of how good it was! Fast forward to last week. Probably only charged a few times and it's already broken! As you can see in the attached image, to charge, the plug is pushed into the bike light, rendering it useless! I am very dissatisfied as it has hardly been used. So now I use my previous bike light which I bought a few years ago (7 years) and had on another bike. I tried to contact the company directly on 5/24/19 and heard nothing! There is no way to contact them on the company's website, except for a page where you can provide a name, phone number, email address, and a brief description of the problem. There is no way to send an attachment with an image. I will then try to contact Revane to see if there is anything else I need to do. I will update if anything changes.
