To be honest I've never liked insulated crimp terminals. I usually prefer uninsulated crimp terminals when they are not suitable for soldering, but in cases where I have no choice I will crimp insulated terminals in the future. No more wondering if you've tightened it enough or crimping a wire only to loosen it in your hand. Damage to the insulation is minimal and so far not a single exposed connector has been left and each crimp is solid and so far flawless.
