I'm pretty picky about dirt and oil on my vinyl. I've read maybe one (hundred) too many articles about how this can damage the record, the needle, and probably world peace, so I'm trying to be very careful. Unfortunately, everyone else I know isn't (crazy?) scrupulous about fingerprints, so they touched my precious grooves with their human hands (I don't let a dog flip records) and left fingerprints everywhere. I bought two sets of these and they work like a charm. They're pretty innovative and kinda cute, so everyone loves to use them. I haven't had to smack anyone on the forehead for mishandling vinyl lately, so it's been a win-win for everyone (although I honestly miss seeing people smack their foreheads). it is great. buy you.
