I have used Seachem Stability to successfully clean 2 aquariums and also to restore filter performance after a treatment or after very large water changes. This product has always worked well for setting or keeping my bacteria filter strong and I will continue to keep a bottle handy for future situations. I use it in combination with Seachem Prime to convert the ammonia into a form that the stability bacteria can use. I really like that you can't overdose, so when in doubt you can just pop in a full cap and then come back in a few hours. I love all Seachem products and use them exclusively in my two aquariums with plants, invertebrates and all types of freshwater fish with no side effects.
