Hard to open but cute

The other reviews for this ring were spot on. I got it a couple of days ago and I still have not been able to open the locket part. I keep trying and trying but I am afraid to break it. It does come with a small pick but it still does not help to open the locket. It is a pretty ring and it looks cute on my daughter's finger but we just cannot open the locket.
