LAST update: Feel free to see my original review and updates below. I'm very happy to report that it worked on the third try! Support sent me a replacement watch that didn't work either. They contacted me again and said they will receive a new batch of watches with an improved motor in May 2018. I happily agreed to wait for a new batch of watches as I really like this design. last! I didn't have to follow up as they remembered to send me a new item (SO refreshing). I was pleasantly surprised when I received the package in the mail. The clock has been in my son's room for about a week now and works great! It definitely goes with the times. I like the design and the style. The clock is very light and incredibly easy to hang. There is no need to worry about damage or injury if it falls off the wall as it is made entirely of acrylic. At first I thought this made the watch feel cheap, but now I prefer these materials for safety reasons. They look very stylish on his bedroom wall. We look forward to these watches for years to come! Thank you for the great customer service; Because taking care of your products and customers is enough to get it right. I would not hesitate to order from this company in the future. Update: *** Customer service is AMAZING! I wrote this review and a few hours later I was contacted for a full refund and a replacement watch. I'm so surprised! I hope this watch works and will update this review when I receive it. First Review: LOVED the idea and design of this watch. Although it looks a bit cheap since it's plastic (acrylic), I loved how the face was organized and knew it would be perfect for our boys room. Unfortunately I had to send it back because the watch didn't work :-( Because of the price, I hesitate to order it again and have another chance. Maybe I just received a watch with a broken mechanism. We've got many different ones Tried new batteries and it just wasn't keeping the time.
