This is a great product. If you have a working toilet, feel free to buy one. We bought it two years ago after our toilet couldn't be fixed despite our best efforts. When we received the detector we could not get it to work as expected. I called the company and the company immediately sent us a replacement. It's been working great every day since then. We recently replaced the battery and all the lights came on. We were worried something wasn't working properly so we called the company again. We contacted Ernie who was patient and incredibly helpful. Our detector worked great and he showed us a very easy way to reset the detector - just flush the toilet and it will reset itself. We highly recommend this product and are incredibly impressed with the customer. Service. This level of service is really rare these days.
