Love this skirt, fits great, looks great. I ordered XS in grey, looks like a catholic school girl uniform which I like. For reference Im 5'8", 125lbs. I have a tiny waist and XS fits me snug, I probably could have gotten a Smal for a less snug fit and it would have fit great too but XS fits perfect. Runs a little long, not super long I was just expecting it to be like super short, comes down a little lower than mid thigh even with the skirt up tight around my waist, but thats ok I love it, its very "flowy" and will blow around on a breezy day and possibly come up and show everyone your panties lol.
