This is a great starter set. I used to get my nails done at the salon twice a week. I was trying to learn how to make my own gel nails to save some money. I really liked that this set has literally everything you need for nail extensions. I was surprised he even brought a cuticle pusher! Wonderful. It comes with very cute colors - enough color variety to get you started for a while. It also comes in a cute packaging. It comes with two instructions, both written and illustrated, which I found very easy and straightforward. I found it to be a pretty easy and very easy process. I liked how my nails went. I'm not very good at painting my nails, but I'm glad they hardened quickly and became shiny. The only thing I didn't like was that the included UV lamp was small and I couldn't put my thumbs in it. my other 4 fingers, unless I'm tilting the lamp at an angle, or when you turn your hand towards you and bring the lamp to your fingers with the other hand. I didn't want to mess anything up, so I had to do the thumbs separately, which took a little longer. It doesn't matter much. I've only tried one polish and found it very pigmented and I only had to use two coats. Toenails too and it fits all my toes. All in all this is a great set! It's a great gift or a good option if you want to do your own nails at home!
