I wouldn't use this every day. It definitely exfoliates and if you have sensitive skin it can be overly irritating if used too much. Some say it has an unpleasant odor, but if you've used such products before, you'll get used to products that don't smell too strongly. and it seems ok. I just smell more like "clay" which is probably from the ash in the product. Overall, I felt it was overrated for me personally and expected more from a product with almost 5 stars.
