I like that it allows me access from anywhere with internet connection or mobile devices as well being able see my information at any time day night! It's easy for users who are not very tech savvy which makes training easier when there isn't much technical support available during initial implementation/setup phase - but having said this we had some issues initially getting everything working correctly so be prepared!! We can now easily track our work progress using PLC throughout each stage right up until launch date allowing us greater visibility into project status ensuring no scope creep occurs once products go live & customers start making use them.

The benefits have been fantastic enabling better collaboration between teams reducing risk associated wth launching / moving forward too quickly without proper testing etc.. This has helped improve overall quality control within business providing assurance over customer satisfaction levels increasing sales through increased brand awareness leading ultimately higher revenues! Nothing really.
