No more dimming: added network antennas

antenna to camera for one system (nvr470) and to nvr recorder for newer system (nvr490). Didn't affect the camera on the older camera (nvr470) but created a stronger signal for the recorder to the cameras on the other system. (Number 490). I had intermittent power cuts and a weak signal on the nvr 490 cameras, but once I connected them to the dvr I got a stronger signal. As for the nvr 470, it didn't help, but generally satisfied.
