Cute and durable in my review.
I bought this skirt for my 10 year old daughter who is just over 4ft short at 57lbs. It was a little big for her (but didn't fall off). I would say the size is true to her height. One size smaller doesn't hurt. It doesn't show through, there is fabric under the tulle. It was a good size, just below knee length. Great purchase in my opinion.
