When I first found this whey I mixed it with almond butter and milk replacer. I was feeling incredibly bloated and thought I had a problem with my whey powder. A few years later, I realized that my real problem was tonsils, so I thought I'd give it another try. This is the second bath I've had in a few months. Now I mix this powder with water, coffee that I make into ice cubes, and some powdered peanut butter (not almond butter!). I think it's delicious and I don't need milk or milk substitutes. I find it really filling and tastes great. It's also a great substitute for your everyday coffee drink, so that's great too. I am very happy that I can digest this whey without any problems as I am very sensitive to many things and this is the best chocolate protein powder I have ever tried.
