Not as good as before
I've been using Maybelline Falsies waterproof mascara for years. I used Paula's Choice about 5 years ago and it worked great to remove my mascara. I've tried again now. It rubbed a lot, and so far all the cosmetics have not come off. It's not the same formula it used to be, and it doesn't work nearly as well. It used to be my holy grail remover, now it's on my won't buy again list.
