The central stone swings in the setting

I am sad to write this review as this ring is very beautiful. I received this ring 5 days ago and just put it on yesterday only to find that the center stone does not fit properly as one of the prongs is not attached to the stone causing the center stone to move. I'm really upset as I bought this to wear to my son's wedding this week. I don't have any jewelry other than earrings. Very disappointed.
