I was so excited when they arrived in the post and was very happy with the quality of the collar. The clasps and buckles are metal, not plastic. The collar is made of thick quality rope. The gold of the metal clasps perfectly matches the gold of the scale. You can really tell that the manufacturer really cares about the quality of their product and a beautiful aesthetic. I almost wish I had more pets with more patterned collars. I absolutely love this product. Bonus: the bell is optional. We decided not to call, but the call quality is better than usual. XXS was the perfect size for our 2 year old 10 lb shorthair cat.
