I have chronic back pain and wanted a more cost effective way of wearing a heated back wrap. I had been using thermacare wraps, which are great, but also expensive. This wrap delivers a nice, moist heat. The only downside is that the heat only lasts about 30-40 minutes. If you have access to a microwave, it is not a problem. The ties on the wrap are also very comfortable. The wrap basically pays for itself in a short time compared to using thermacare.
