This little thing is amazing. I didnt think it would put off that much heat but it does. You hold the button to turn on the heater part and push it once to turn the heat up. It has 4 settings on it that increase in heat output. The hottest settings very warm. You can also quick charge a phone or other device from it. You just plug it in and it works. This is a wonderful thing to have with you. Not only can you warm your body up, you can charge your phone as well. I have not used it for this purpose yet, but I mostly got it for use as a small heating pad during my period. I have endometriosis which makes my cycles VERY painful. I will update on effectiveness once I try it for that.
