I like how easy it was for me as an applicant or recruiter/hiring manager at my organization (a non profit) to set up our recruitment site with this software - no coding required!! It has been great having all applicants in one place so we can easily find candidates who are interested without needing multiple emails back & forth from different recruiters looking through resumes trying to match them against positions available.
