Jobants has been an amazing tool for managing my staffing agency

The best part about job ants is you can customize the look of your profile to match your business needs. Sometimes it's hard to know where to begin when using this software, but with their help you'll get used to it quickly. I have not found anything I dislike yet! There are many features to customize and the support team is very helpful in getting you set up. You must be open to working through training and implementing new ideas and concepts. Great user friendly Applicant Tracking System

The best part is, it's free to use! I like how easy it was for me as an applicant or recruiter/hiring manager at my organization (a non profit) to set up our recruitment site with this software - no coding required!! It has been great having all applicants in one place so we can easily find candidates who are interested without needing multiple emails back & forth from different recruiters looking through resumes trying to match them against positions available.
