I really like how easy it was set up (especially with our Salesforce CRM), they have good customer service support that's quick & fast response times etc - all very helpful! The reporting could be better but we're working closely together so this isn't an issue currently since there were no issues during implementation either which makes me happy :) There weren’t any problems when setting things straight after going live however sometimes you get some minor errors/bugs coming through if something goes wrong within their system eg not being able log into your account properly /etc.
