Description of Gnatta
Gnatta creates communication technology, tiered across 5 products for organisations from start-ups to multinational enterprises. Full channel coverage is available across digital channels including, webchat, email, messaging and social media; as well as traditional channels such as telephony. Using the bespoke Gnatta workflow engine, a combination of AI and automation are deployed alongside human advisors to ensure every inbound and outbound contact is managed by the right person or process, using the right information, at the right time.
Gnatta is fully customisable, with all automations editable by the user to ensure they reflect the necessary processes and priorities. Alongside its customisation, it can be integrated with both first- and third-party tools from CRM’s to tracking systems. All customisations can also be used alongside the advanced features Gnatta offers including dynamic automated responses, SLA management, and Profile Aggregation – a setting which captures messages from a single customer across multiple channels and adds them to one centralised interaction.
