Description of Gnatta

Gnatta creates communication technology, tiered across 5 products for organisations from start-ups to multinational enterprises. Full channel coverage is available across digital channels including, webchat, email, messaging and social media; as well as traditional channels such as telephony. Using the bespoke Gnatta workflow engine, a combination of AI and automation are deployed alongside human advisors to ensure every inbound and outbound contact is managed by the right person or process, using the right information, at the right time. Gnatta is fully customisable, with all automations editable by the user to ensure they reflect the necessary processes and priorities. Alongside its customisation, it can be integrated with both first- and third-party tools from CRM’s to tracking systems. All customisations can also be used alongside the advanced features Gnatta offers including dynamic automated responses, SLA management, and Profile Aggregation – a setting which captures messages from a single customer across multiple channels and adds them to one centralised interaction.

We switched over from Zoho to Qlik and couldn

I really like how easy it was set up (especially with our Salesforce CRM), they have good customer service support that's quick &amp fast response times etc - all very helpful! The reporting could be better but we're working closely together so this isn't an issue currently since there were no issues during implementation either which makes me happy :) There weren’t any problems when setting things straight after going live however sometimes you get some minor errors/bugs coming through if…

Excellent Customer Support & Knowledge Base

The customer support team here has been fantastic! They have helped me with my account setup multiple times over the past several months. I was able to get an agent who assisted me through setting up my bot without any issue. It took about 30 minutes total while they walked me though everything step by step. Their knowledge base of all product features is extensive - if you're stuck anywhere along your journey, it's easy enough to find answers here. I'm not sure what else to say since this…
