The customer support team here has been fantastic! They have helped me with my account setup multiple times over the past several months. I was able to get an agent who assisted me through setting up my bot without any issue. It took about 30 minutes total while they walked me though everything step by step. Their knowledge base of all product features is extensive - if you're stuck anywhere along your journey, it's easy enough to find answers here. I'm not sure what else to say since this seems like a great place to work. You can't really dislike something that good.
