UPDATE! First of all thank you to everyone who read my initial negative review, especially the seller, and for getting in touch with me. Finally my problem is solved and this lock deserves more than 5 stars. How I wish everyone else who wrote negative reviews would contact the seller and fix things. So he (the seller) took the time to explain the problem to me via WhatsApp video call and finally solved it by replacing the front lock just for me. I think it has something to do with the factory settings. I'm glad the issue is resolved and my door handle no longer opens when rotated without a code. Pros: Strong and secure lock, touch works well and is easily accessible if you program the codes correctly. Cons: Installation is really difficult and can be easy if you already know how to change doorknobs. MY TIP: It's a solid lock, too good for the price, definitely don't think twice!
