Good no separate plastic wrap many easy to use Bad: VERY strong, unpleasant, artificial perfume smell when opening the package. It's downright annoying. I could get over that if they were cleaned well, but they don't. These are mid-range capsules so I thought they would be fine, but I found that I had to pre-wash/almost wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher or they would remain dirty. The Quantum capsules were great, but they got too expensive, but they're nowhere near as good as the Quants. I've had to wash dishes several times and found that my cutlery almost never got washed out of the dishwasher the first time. It's really frustrating. Also, they weren't packaged very well and probably 10-15 arrived broken in a holdall. I won't buy anymore.
