The shoe itself is great. Excellent quality, attention to detail, the highest level of craftsmanship. After reading a few reviews from people telling me to order at least a half or full size up, I ended up getting the 11, even though I wear a 10.5 with everything else. And guess what? They were exactly half a size too big and even when I put them on, my feet slipped out of the heel with every step. It was very annoying and I wish I had never listened to reviewers who said there was more to do. Maybe their feet got bigger and they thought it was the fault of the shoes. Now I'm sending the 11th back and ordering the 10.5 which, like all the other 10.5s, should fit perfectly. Order your exact size, they fit very precisely.
