What can I say, I like these pans, they're quite non-stick, sometimes I make an omelet without cooking spray but it still comes off instantly. They are easy to clean and not too heavy or light to feel flimsy. Just perfect for my needs. I'm taking off one star for the plastic utensils, they sometimes smell a little funny on fairly hot food, like stirring while cooking, got better over time, but still a faint smell like they're burning or something in there of that nature. Edit: 4 to 5 stars, have been using it for over a year. I moved into the dorm last year and these pots have endured quite a bit of use from the boys but they are still in good condition. The utensils are really unusable and should be disposed of within 3 months if not delivered.
