The packaging has already been opened and the power button has been pressed and damaged. The product has already been used and tampered with. Okay, I didn't get another fan until I returned the damaged one. The seller quickly fixed the error. However, since the problem was resolved so quickly, I decided to order another one for my husband. BUT. One day my husband's fan arrived, after 2 days of use it was great. The fan just stopped working. The fan was not charged. My spare fan is still running, but I'm not sure for how long. So WILL NOT ORDER ANY MORE.
