I like these ties, even a little wider. So far none of them have worn off the finish. They feel solid and are unlikely to break or fall apart. The back has sharp sawtooth teeth that hold the clip to the shirt and tie securely throughout the day. I move around a lot in the doctor's office. I rarely have to readjust. It just sometimes comes off the shirt if the tie is too wide for a skinny clasp (this is mine). I usually buy these things from stores in the mall, but I saved a lot of money here. Most stores charge upwards of $20 for it. They arrive in a nice presentable box. Ideal if you want to give them as part of a gift or stocking.
