If you read these reviews, you will see a common thread. Threads on the strip of the bottle. Mine didn't work the day I got it. Maxshine was contacted directly and they asked me to send a photo of the bottle, which I did. They immediately sent me a new bottle and I haven't had any problems since. I'm not sure if they improved the bottles or made them more durable, but mine has held up well through at least two dozen washes. I replaced the Orifas with 1.1mm. I use a Greenworks pressure washer at 1800psi and 1.2gpm and make snow. So if you're thinking about it, I definitely recommend it. Just don't forget to examine it immediately for carvings on the bottle. If they are deformed, contact maxshine immediately. You will replace him. If it is not deformed, these products work great!
