I still give this foot 5 stars because I still have a very precise quarter inch stitch. While I know this will make many quilts worse, I'm not one to swear by tight quarter inches and that's just the end of the discussion. If I need a meager quarter inch, I know how far to move the parts off the guide. I needed a quarter inch guide foot for my Dressmaker SS 2402 and I found it, I am very excited and very happy with my purchase. I will not hesitate to use this company again when I need higher shank presser feet for my sewing machine.
