The platform is intuitive to use, has plenty of integrations with other platforms like Salesforce so it's really easy from one feature set or another point in time. There are some bugs that need fixing but these tend to be resolved pretty quickly by their team as well! Great for B2B companies looking at data trends across channels & users/customers segments etc. It requires integration points though which can take longer than you'd think if they're not already built into your CRM system (SalesForce). However this isn't an issue unless I'm using multiple different systems myself - then again we've only recently moved over off our old ERP solution onto SFDC :) We also haven't used all features available yet either. Some things seem fairly basic when comparing against competitors offerings such as Google Analytics 360 / Adobe Experience Cloud360 however once implemented those have been very powerful tools indeed.
