The platform is intuitive to use, has plenty of integrations with other platforms like Salesforce so it's really easy from one feature set or another point in time. There are some bugs that need fixing but these tend to be resolved pretty quickly by their team as well! Great for B2B companies looking at data trends across channels & users/customers segments etc. It requires integration points though which can take longer than you'd think if they're not already built into your CRM systemβ¦
