Great product, great support for issues
I like that its integrated into my salesforce platform so easy access when needed.
It can sometimes take some time before you get used to how things work but once your there everything works really well! If they could make sure all of their features are available at least one month prior to launch then i would have given them 5 stars instead of 4 as this has been an issue since day 1. The integration process was pretty simple and very smooth once we got through our first few hurdles. We were able to set up multiple different types of agents within just minutes after setting up accounts and creating profiles.
