The tool gives me ample freedom when creating my chatbot as I can add custom features which are not available out of box. Sometimes if you have made some changes then all your previous conversations will also get affected. As there is no option for undoing any change, sometimes this gets frustrating. I like that its integrated into my salesforce platform so easy access when needed. It can sometimes take some time before you get used to how things work but once your there everything works really well! If they could make sure all of their features are available at least one month prior to launch then i would have given them 5 stars instead of 4 as this has been an issue since day 1.
