I bought an "updated" Galaxy S20 Ultra from Revain. Unfortunately, I received a phone with a damaged screen, even though it was advertised as "refurbished". There are light pink LCD burn marks on the screen that clearly read "$58.99 a month, Disney Plus for us Verizon Wireless." Apparently it was a mobile device from the store, constantly running at full capacity and displaying Verizon advertisements. That is why the phone screen burns with the same image after several hours when it is very bright. When I asked if the seller could give me a partial refund just so I could cover the cost of repairing the digitizer, I was told that Revain doesn't allow partial refunds. I only have to reach out of my pocket for repairs as the seller has no other phones to replace this one with. I like everything else about the phone other than the screen burn-in. I'm just frustrated that I have to fork out another $350 or so to buy a digitizer. I wish it hadn't been advertised as 'new condition'.
