Phone malfunction

I understand this is an updated phone and I believe I have a defective one. The phone turned off when it wanted to. Instead, you got yourself a cheaper S10 and are waiting for the next generation of cell phones.

I can make a few calls for almost half the price.

I really wanted this phone but couldn't justify paying full price. The upgraded phone I received came with the cable and charger fully unlocked and the only obvious damage was a few tiny dents around the camera frame as shown in the picture (SOMEBODY didn't use a good case I think!) . Works great, front and back glass are clean. To save $700 I'm happy to live with a few small dents!

The product was the same as the new Samsung S20 ULTRA

The phone was like a new phone with no problems and not a single scratch. All accessories were original and also in the original packaging (JUST WOW!). I am very excited and very very happy with the phone. I would like to mention the seller who is "Digital Age USA". Many Thanks. That's a lot more than I expected. The phone is also a great flagship phone with great camera, performance and battery life. GREAT EXPERIENCE.

crap camera!

Camera focus is the worst! Even my old OnePlus 2 focuses better. I'd like to think this is because it's UPDATED. full load. It takes about 8 (unstable) hours to charge, but still at 60% - so bad! Even the phone tells you that the charger is slow and you should use the original charger. I read a lot of good reviews about this s20 ultra 5G phone and I don't like this phone at all! I will return it and wait for the sale to get a new one. I hope I see a big difference!

thegadgetdeals lied.

I ordered this FULLY UNLOCK Galaxy S20 Ultra on June 21, 2021. The phone looked great when I opened the package, installed a new 5G Verzion SIM card and primed the phone for activation. Called Verizon to activate the phone and was told the phone was locked and could not be activated. After several calls to unlock the phone I gave up and returned the phone. Thegadgetdeals then informed me that when I asked about the fee for a locked phone they charged me a $119.30 restocking fee, they then…

The LCD digitizer screen is on

I bought an "updated" Galaxy S20 Ultra from Revain. Unfortunately, I received a phone with a damaged screen, even though it was advertised as "refurbished". There are light pink LCD burn marks on the screen that clearly read "$58.99 a month, Disney Plus for us Verizon Wireless." Apparently it was a mobile device from the store, constantly running at full capacity and displaying Verizon advertisements. That is why the phone screen burns with the same image after several hours when it is very…

Great cell phone so far

I had different cell phones from Motorola, Nokia, LG, Samsung and iPhone. I'm a GC and I'm very tough on the phone. You drop them, coffee spills, water spills, paint spills, all sorts of crazy things. Now, with the trendy style of today's new Gorilla Glass phones and high tech, I need a bulletproof phone. I want one that can be dropped without breaking, works when I do, and is as strong as me. I've always had mediocre luck with Samsung phones (my last was a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge so there's been

Still the best phone I've ever had.

The S20 Ultra is near perfection. As a photographer, the S20 Ultra's camera is the best you can have on a phone. Overall good quality, good zoom, colors (oversaturated but ok), focus (fixed with latest patches) but too much time to take photos - usually you see something else you clicked because it takes about 1 second, to take a photo. And the video is just fine. The iPhone 12 Pro Max still holds the crown here. The performance is amazing. The chipset handles all emulators, games, applications
