I ordered this FULLY UNLOCK Galaxy S20 Ultra on June 21, 2021. The phone looked great when I opened the package, installed a new 5G Verzion SIM card and primed the phone for activation. Called Verizon to activate the phone and was told the phone was locked and could not be activated. After several calls to unlock the phone I gave up and returned the phone. Thegadgetdeals then informed me that when I asked about the fee for a locked phone they charged me a $119.30 restocking fee, they then stated that the phone was scratched and dented. IT COST ME $119.30 TO SEND SEVERAL FORMS, EMAILS AND LETTERS ABOUT YOUR ERROR. I bought two refurbished fully unlocked Galaxy S20 Ultra phones from Chubbiestech for a little more money and activated them with no problems. These are great phones, the camera on them is amazing. If thephone was unlocked by thegadgetdeals I wouldn't write this negative review about thegadgetdeals.
