It has been really helpful so far, I think it's definitely worth trying out if you're looking for an easy way of finding great talent! We've found that we can find people who are just at stage 1 or 2 (where they haven't yet applied online) but have shown interest by attending our events with us - this is super exciting as these applicants would otherwise not be able see their details through candidate ID because there isn’t any information available about them until after submitting applications themselves via other channels like LinkedIn etc., This means more leads from non traditional sources meaning increased sales opportunities!!
