In my thirty or so years of work, most of my work has required constant hand washing and/or no acrylic nails or polish. Result? Brittle and weak nails that flake, crack, break and so on. Each month I hoped my nails would grow long enough for at least one manicure, only to snap or split them before I could get to the nail salon.
