I am changing my review. The device is decent, but it works much differently compared to previous versions. In order to properly count calories for steps, the bracelet has training modes for walking outdoors and indoors. The error is slightly lower than that of mi band 6. I was pleased with the sleep monitoring system and activity tracking (yes, mi 6 also has it, but in 7, in my opinion, everything works a little more accurately). In general, even if you do not upgrade to mi band 7, then you will not lose much. But the screen is really bigger. It seems like a trifle, but nice. And I also note that the display of the seven does not get smudged with fingerprints and is more durable. It's great.
