Review on Get Stunning Eyes With E.L.F. Liquid Metallic Eyeshadows In Meteor Shade by Bryan Maignan

I had a hard time applying this. If you don’t apply evenly at first you can’t go back and revise because the applicator picks up the previous color laid down and then it looks patchy. I also found it started creasing pretty quickly (by the end of the day the pigment had migrated to my eye crease very heavily). But, for how cheap it is, I think they’re providing reasonable quality for the value.
