Bought these sketchbooks for my 5 year old daughter. The notepad is solid yet light, and the pages are thinner than I expected, but there isn't much blood when using markers (it presses really hard). I love that it easily fits in my pocket and is a quiet activity when we go outside. Very happy with the purchase.
