Review on Moen 6410BN Two-Handle Centerset Bathroom Faucet by Gary Haymon

I installed this when I was remodeling my bathroom four years ago. It looks good (I didn't choose it) and is easy to keep clean. Over the weekend I filled the pipe with a very powerful cleaner to unclog it (she pulled it out) and everything went wrong. He resigned, and now the top of the drain is painted. I used a good cleaner but the brushed nickel is corroded. So I called 1-800-BUY-MOEN and they sent me a free replacement even though I told the nice lady I was likely to pay because it wasn't the standard product. I read customer reviews on almost everything I buy from Refrain and I always stay away from companies with bad customer support reviews. So I thought I'd pass this positive review on to people who are considering buying Moen. I offered to pay for the parts and shipping, she declined. Things don't work that often.
